Service Provision Terms:
Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and individuals (hereinafter referred to as users) are provided with the ability to generate documents from templates in DOCX, PDF, and HTML formats.
This functionality is available after payment by topping up the balance in the personal account. Subsequently, when generating documents, the amount will be deducted from the balance according to the tariff:
1. The cost of 1 document is 10 RUB without purchasing a document package.
2. When purchasing a document package, the cost is calculated using the price calculator (the price calculator is available on the website's main page).

Service Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If a user has made a payment to their personal account balance but decides to cancel the services, they must notify the website administrator by sending an email to info@template4pdf.com.
Funds for used service resources are non-refundable. Refunds for services are processed using the same payment method as the original payment.
